Internet Connection

You know when you are really tired and you can finally crawl into bed or when you are really cold and you wrap up in a blanket and drink hot chocolate? You know that warm fuzzy feeling you get when you return to something you really missed? You don't know how much you use something until it gone. That's how I feel today as I use the internet. We just returned from spending 3 days in Idaho and 2 days of traveling. His parent's computer had crashed the previous week and it was being fixed. Air and I about died when we found out there would be no computer and no internet. We use it to pay bills, check account balances, job search, news, google, research, and of course my blog. How can we live without my blog? I wasn't sure it was possible. Some how we survived. We have become internet junkies and there are people out there that are even more addictedthan we are. How did people find jobs before the internet? Air went to the public library and to his dad's school to get his fix. As for me, this is the first chance I've had and I have to say it feels good. Think about how much life has changed. When I was in high school they were just coming out with Windows. We didn't even have the internet. We did research out of encyclopedias. Can you imagine, using a book for research? I am so grateful to live in the information age and I have to say it is so nice to be back.
