Real Estate & Children

We finally finished the negotiations with our buyer. It has been a busy and hectic week dealing with this sell, but I think we finally have everything worked out. I asked our realtor if this was giving her a headache. She said that being real estate broker is just like being the mother of 5 kids. I found this concept intriguing. She said with her job, there was always something going on. Each client comes with their own personality and you just learn to adjust accordingly. There were days when only one of her clients had issues, other days when it seems everybody had issues, and rare days when nobody had any issues. Maybe real estate and raising children are similar. Look at all the experience I would have if I ever want to work with the real estate market.
