I knew it was coming. I tried to avoid thinking about it. I realize I've been in denial for a long time. The inevitable has come.
Reality finally set in last night. Friday was a wet, drizzly day like we used to have in Texas only it was 30 degrees cooler here. Then, last night it snowed in the mountains. It's time to face the facts. I'm going to have to deal with winter for the first time in 10 years and I don't really look forward to it. I've never been a mom in the cold and snow so, I don't really know what to expect. I guess we'll be figuring it out real soon.
