This is Hannah Montana sporting what I like to call a Vanessa hairdo. Vanessa said, as she giggled to herself, "She looks like a boy!" Not to discriminate against family members and leave out dear old dad, we also have a doll with a dazzling Billy Ray mullet.
On the bright side, she didn't cut her own hair so in my mind, we are making improvements.

Your right! It's funny because that is one of my favorite Disney/Pixar movies. I totally should know that line.
