It was Nessa's birthday recently. Birthdays are
HUGE in the life of a four year old. She has been waiting and waiting for months. Waking up on a daily basis asking, "It is my birthday today?" We celebrated her birthday early at my parent's house. She was so excited she could barely contain herself. Do you like the 8 candles she put in her two little cupcakes

We also had a party with Aaron's family. This time she wanted a sprinkle cake with sprinkle frosting. For this little girl, it's all about the sprinkles. The more the merrier.

She was also excited to open presents. (You gotta love the red punch mustache.)

She kindly shared her gifts with all the cousins. Yes, she is wearing a blue shirt with orange shorts. (A natural consequence of letting her choose her own clothes. As readers, you know I have enough battles to fight with her. I choose not to fight the one over clothes.)

We had family parties this year instead of a friends party. This is a good thing because she wanted to have a Halloween party. If this is still the case next year, I'll have to buy the favors in October.
She was invited to a princess party a few days ago and, of course, went as Tinkerbell, who is her favorite princess/fairy. I wonder if that has to do with the pixie cut or the snow boots.

I can't believe my little Tinkerbell is already four. I wouldn't want it any other way.

She makes a perfect Tinkerbell! Happy Birthday Vanessa!
Isn't having a princess around the best??
I'm glad you were late posting her b-day like I was with Livvy's! :) We're still good Moms, right? :) My little one is already asking how much longer it is until it's her birthday again. Ummm, like 350 days? Seriously, I can't keep the countdown that long--beginning Jan 1 is countdown enough for me.
I love Venessa's smile with the cupcakes that is better than the candles!! She is so cute!!
She always has a cute smile, Happy Birthday!! The cake and cupcakes look so good.
