One of the biggest highlights of our trip was visiting my sister and her family. They have had lots of visitors in the past. This was the first time a whole family has visited and we are a big family. With Four-n-More in the house it meant there were just that many more mouths to feeds, pillows to find, and noise, lots of noise. There were times even Holly wasn't sure what to think.
She did seem to enjoy having the girls to play on the playset in their backyard with her.
At one point, poor Holly went and laid with her blankie outside on the little picnic table. I think she was looking for peace and quiet. I might try that next time I need a little break from all the action around here.
Monica and the kids joined us one day in Fiesta Texas. It was so fun having them with us.
Milo went on his very first roller coaster ride.
This coaster takes you through several loops and corkscrew turns then it stops and you do it all again, backwards. Milo liked it, kind of. We probably should have taken him on a tamer ride for the first time.
(Este and AJ are in the rear seats, Savanah and I are just in front of them. Monica and Milo are in front of us.)
Monica and Holly enjoyed a ride in an apple.
Milo and Savanah had fun cruising around together.
They also joined us in the waterpark. Holly had fun with the girls.
As well as by herself.
It was so fun spending time with them. It made our Texas trip all the better. We can't wait to visit them again. I just hope they feel the same way.
