The boy's school requires school uniforms (I am a big advocate of uniforms) every day of the week except Fridays. Then, they have Fun Friday, when they can wear anything they choose, within the dress code. Every Friday, they choose their Texas Longhorn shirts, even though they have a big selection of possibilities. I told them, next year they probably won't have to wear uniforms. They want me to buy 5 Texas shirts so they can wear a different one every day. There is no variety in their wardrobe, and they are quite content. I have considered not washing their shirts for next week, but I'm worried they would just wear their dirty shirt. Steb told me it was his Texas shirt or no shirt. I guess I should have pushed the issue to see if he was serious. So, we are back to the dictatorship debate and once again, this is a battle I choose not to fight. This is what they will look like every Friday for the rest of the year.
