We withdrew the boys early from school. They were finished with their testing and curriculum for the year. The main things they will miss are all the parties, activities, and rewards. In order to console them, we promised the boys a going away party with all of their friends from school. They each chose three friends and we went to the local Planet Pizza. It was nice to have all their friends together one last time.
Ethan had fun with his friends. I made a chocolate cake in the shape of Texas with a heart of cherries in the middle. The goodie bags had a Texas theme as well.
AJ was the only one to invite a girl. She has the cutest personality and has been one of AJ"s best friends since kindergarten. He is too young to realize that she is anything other than that. I made the other two boys promise not to tease him about inviting a girl.
Esteban and his friends had a great time. I have to say, little boys laugh at the weirdest things.
