Here is a picture of the three of them before they left. Aaron was happy to go with Vanessa's tiara and all. They went to see UP, which Aaron highly recommends. Maybe he'll take me to see it, I'll even offer to wear a tiara.

Daddy Daughter Date
The girls felt bad when Aaron took the boys to the Father's & Son's camp out last month. Aaron promised them he would take them on a daddy daughter date to make up for it. The date was set for last Wednesday. The girl's were ecstatic! They had a really hard time waiting for him to get home from work.
They had a great time! The girls downed to almost two large popcorn tubs (what was left was spilled in the car on the way home). Vanessa dumped the rootbeer down her shirt so, her white shirt came home as her brown shirt. They ended the date at the local ice cream parlor. Where they had ice cream topped with hot fudge and sprinkles. They all came home with smiles on their faces and memories in the hearts.

One Hot Date
Our dating life is a lot easier now that Esteban is old enough to babysit. We go out at the drop of a hat. Friday night, we went to the local grocery store on our hot date. Yep, we went grocery shopping together.
There are several differences between shopping with my husband verses the kids. For instance, we were not in a hurry, we walked up and down every aisle, and I agreed with everything he put in the cart. The best part of the date was the store was full of sample tables. We left with full bellies and we didn't have to pay a dime (except for our groceries we purchased). We had sausage, cheese ball, pomegranate 7-Up, hot chocolate, and cheesecake. (The lady stepped away from the cheesecake table for a minute so we went back for seconds. Should I not admit that publicly, because I just did.) Anyway, after 14 years of marriage our hot dates come in many different forms.
