Homework

It is interesting to see the way my boys respond to the challenge of homework.

Esteban usually finishes his homework in school. When he does have homework, he does it as soon as he gets home from school. I never have to say a word about it.

Then, there is Ethan. It is easier to pull his teeth out. He has to come home and play in the backyard. Then he has to eat a snack. He usually wants to start doing homework about the time I need to fix dinner. I have to remind him to stay on task and keep focused. He complains and puts it off as long as possible. He told me after I took this picture he should have frowned because he hates homework.

AJ is pretty good about doing his homework on his own. Sometimes I have to remind him to work on it, but for the most part he gets it done.

What am I going to do when all 5 of them are in school?
