Salsa Fiesta

Our garden is in full production. Aaron went a little crazy this year when he was planting pepper seeds. We have all kinds of peppers growing. Although, I won't complain he made some amazing fresh salsa last week.
Times like this make us so grateful for the years we spent in south Texas and all of our friends who taught us how to cook Tex-Mex.

Jamie is salivating. We planted 17 plants of peppers last year, started from seed in December an kept in a closet until March when we planted them. We got a hand full of small strangely shaped peppers. All of the plants got a disease. Oh, well maybe next time we will get a bountiful harvest like yours.

Too bad we live 1800 miles apart, becuase we would love to share with you. If it is any consolation, our zucchini didn't do so great.
