Reunited

Tina, one of the girl's many dolls, has been missing for months. We searched our house. I have looked for her at both grandparent's houses. We finally gave up on ever finding her.

Until.......this week when we were at the church and opened the nursery closet. There she was! Savanah was so excited when I brought her home.
What's so special about Tina? Tina is a Hispanic baby doll. We also have a doll named Keiko, who is Asian. The girls are certain they are twins. (I have yet to explain that is culturally impossible.)

Savanah and Vanessa are happy to have their babies reunited.

Your right. Then they would both be Hispanic and Asian. They would have beautiful skin tones making me quite jealous.

So impressed with the ethnic diversity represented in your home! My poor kids living in Utah their whole lives are going to have some serious culture shock when they realize not everyone is caucasian. Maybe I should get them some dolls...

Brynne all you have to do is go to K-mart for the after thanksgiving sale. They have the cutest dolls we got one for savanna for her b-day and as savanna says it is like Bekah. Her cousin who's dad was Samoan!! She is very cute a beautiful olive skinned american girl doll and only 10 dollars! I'm glad the girls have there dolls back home!! that is very important! Especially when your 6!
