Springtime Pastime

Most of you know that this is our springtime pastime

Lots and lots of soccer.

AJ taught himself how to make a mohawk using his sweat to make his hair stand up. Nice.

Savanah loved playing goalie. It gave me a heart attack every time the ball even went on that side of the field.

Vanessa hustled with all the determination she had for about 5 minutes then endured the rest of the game in order to get the treat at the end.

Ethan even got a little goalie action as he and Este played during one of AJ's halftimes.

Este ended his career on the Mountain Crest soccer team. 

I was so sad to watch him walk off the field for the last time. He has played soccer with some of those boys the entire time we lived in Utah. Soccer in the springtime is just part of our family.

I don't know what the springs will be like in Texas. Hopefully more of the same.
