Craft Boutique

A lady that we go to church with has a craft boutique in her home this weekend. Candice and I went to the VIP night last night.

We each determined what our budget would be and had that exact amount of cash on hand since it is the only form of payment at the boutique. We were going to stick to our budget for sure!

We weren't even half way through the boutique when I was wishing I had a grocery cart.

Most of the vendors were also women that we go to church with. That doesn't mean that I felt obligated to buy anything, it just made it easier to justify the purchase. By purchasing their product, it helped them out and I walked away with the product. Ninety-nine percent of what I bought was home decor and since I am in desperate need of home decor, it was a win-win situation.

Until we ran out of cash...

We unloaded our first round of purchases in the car and headed for the ATM.

When a neighbor is in need, a girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do!

After our return trip to the boutique, when we walked in my door with all of our of purchases it was time to convince Aaron that the blown budget and these purchases were absolutely necessary. (Rick is on a business trip so Candice is off the hook for another day.)
Aaron didn't care and it proved was a fun night that we will always remember.

Even Vanessa got in on posing with the purchases.
