Merry Music

There are a bazillion radio stations in the Dallas area! You barely have to touch the dial and you are on a different station. I love the diversity of stations. Gospel, talk, sports (They really only talk about the Cowboys around here), country, pop, classical, news, jazz, Spanish..... etc. I discovered a middle eastern station one day. Obviously, I  couldn't understand word they said but, I really liked the music.

My latest favorite is the Christian station that prides itself on playing "real" Christmas music that is all about the Savior. (One of the perks of living in the Bible Belt.) There are a few other Christmas songs thrown in there but most of it is about worshipping the birth of Christ.

Since it is a little weird to be out Christmas shopping in jeans and a t-shirt, I appreciate any and all reminders that is really is the Christmas season. For which, I am profoundly grateful.
