I introduced the girls to the world of bugs today. We found one of those black bugs that roll up into a ball and named him "Bally". Savanah was very nervous and thought it was scary. Vanessa thought it was funny. Every time I would put the bug down she would pick it back up and giggle. I was worried she would squish it, but luckily the poor bug survived. So, I'm left to wonder, is it their personalities that are different, or their ages? It will be interesting to see if Vanessa ever gains fear. These days she is quite fearless especially when it comes to anything outdoors.
