SOLD!

We have a buyer for the house! She is a professor at the university and, therefore, has no desire to move until May. She is paying cash, so we don't have to wait for her to get approved for a loan. The very best part of all, is we will close the end of April and we don't have to move out until the end of May. It is a huge blessing. Now, we can go from selling mode to packing mode. I'm just happy I don't have to keep the house spotless anymore. I like a clean house, but it's been killing me keeping a perfectly clean house with this many people in it.
