Welcome Home

Warning: Those of you who do not have children and plan on having children, please, do not read this post. I don't want you to change your mind.

Aaron has been in Dallas and Detroit this past week. He was supposed to get home late Wednesday night, but his flight was delayed due to that big storm and he arrived home yesterday afternoon.

I was working on a school project with AJ upstairs when we discovered that Vanessa had taken off her soiled diaper and preceded to finger paint with feces. (I know, now the rest of you all don't want to read anymore. I don't blame you.) Vanessa has decided recently that she doesn't like wet/dirty diapers and takes them off herself. I've tried different ways to stop this nasty behavior. I'm considering duct taping her diaper on. Maybe that is considered cruel and unusual punishment, but it was cruel and unusual punishment for me cleaning it up.

Aaron walked through the door right in time to spend the first 45 minutes being home cleaning, deordorizing, and sanitizing the basement. Welcome Home.

P.S. Your welcome. I decided you probably didn't want a picture posted with this entry.
