Still Messy Nessy

I know I have mentioned the antics of our Messy Nessy before. Well, she is still at it. This is her posing by some of her artwork which is, of course, done in permanent black marker. I have most of it scrubbed off the wall (Mr. Clean Magic Eraser is a wonderful and necessary thing to have around the house.)
I keep hoping that she will grow out of it soon, but I have been saying that her entire life. She still hasn't even approached her 2nd birthday. I keep wondering, can it get any worse? It does seem to be getting a little better. At least now she is finger painting with sour cream. She has finger painted with much worse in the past and we'll leave it at that.
One day, I discovered her standing with the fridge open, smashing eggs on the kitchen floor. She found it very entertaining to see them crack open and ooze all over. I didn't even go for the camera that time.

But, with a smile like this it is hard to stay upset for very long. Even if it is always dirty and so is her shirt. It is truly wonderful having her in our family, although, somedays it's easier to remember that than others
