We took our two female kittens to the vet to be spayed today. The vet called to let us know that Princess is not a princess she/he is more of a prince. I told the kids we need to think of a boy name for him. Vanessa suggested Poodle but I think the poor little kitten has enough of an identity crisis.
Aaron and I are just happy we took them to the vet when we did because baby kittens would've been an even bigger suprise!

Wait...you don't know how to tell the difference between a boy and a girl cat?
We thought we did. Now, we know we should've done a double and even a triple check.
That happened to us too! We had to go from a name of Tigerlilly to Tiger. And I found out by having a cuddle with my kitty. Not so nice of a way to find out! : )
