These Boots are Made for Walking

My sister-in-law called me a back in June to tell me she was in Target and they had pink cowboy boots on sale. I had her pick up a pair for each of my girls. You may have noticed them in some of our pictures. The girls wore them everyday of our vacation, including Sundays.

Today, Vanessa had her boots on while playing outside with Ethan, when he came running in to tell me she was outside taking off her diaper. I hurried out to see her standing on the sidewalk with her boots on, only her boots on. I quickly grabbed her and her clothes, but not soon enough as I noticed neighbor kids giggling and pointing fingers. I need to be more careful with her until she gets past her streaking stage. At least she still had her boots on, right.
